Refund Policy

At Desert Soul Sisters Bookkeeping, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional services that support the growth and financial clarity of your business. While we strive for client satisfaction, please note the following terms regarding refunds:

Non-Refundable Payments:
The following payments are non-refundable:

  • Initial Setup Fees: This fee is non-refundable as it covers the time and resources required to onboard the client.

  • Monthly Fees: These fees are non-refundable for services rendered during the billing cycle.

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: The first payment made to secure services is a non-refundable deposit. This deposit compensates the Bookkeeper for reserving time and resources and turning down other potential clients or projects.

Cancellation Fee:
The following cancellation policies apply:

  • Coaching, Voxer Support or Video Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, meaning 50% of the session fee will be charged.

  • No-Show: A missed scheduled session without providing prior notice, the session will be considered canceled, and the full session fee will not be refunded.

Chargebacks:
We ask that clients reach out directly to discuss any concerns or issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, it may be considered a breach of this agreement. Chargebacks for services that have already been rendered will not be accepted.

No Refund for Services Rendered:
Once services have been delivered or work has commenced, no refunds will be provided for services rendered, whether in part or in full.

Exceptions for Processing Errors:
While all payments are generally non-refundable, we recognize that errors can happen. In the event of an error or oversight made by Desert Soul Sisters Bookkeeping after termination of services, such as billing mistakes or processing errors, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined that an error occurred on our end, we will issue a refund for the affected amount. This exception does not apply to services rendered or fees paid that have been correctly processed.

Unresolved Disputes:
If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved informally, we will proceed with the Arbitration process outlined in our dispute resolution section. Please note that arbitration decisions are binding, and the cost will be shared equally between both parties.
